Steam Bath
It is bath type based on the principle of high humidity rate-low temperature on contrary to sauna. Steam baths can be prepared with acrylic material besides materials such as mosaic, ceramic and natural stones. Temperature is between 40-50°C and humidity level is approximately 100%. Thanks to intense heat of steam bath, pores of the skin are dilated and temperature penetrates into the depth of muscles. Warm waves create high pressure. Duration of steam bath is 15 minutes. You can receive aromatic steam bath by adding aromatherapy essences to classic steam baths.
